Return Policy:
Absolute Satisfaction. Optic Solutions, Inc. has taken
special pride in guaranteeing our customers complete
satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any
reason, please return it to us for a prompt refund or exchange.
Unopened
products may be returned within 20 days of product delivery
date. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the item(s). You must notify Optic
Solutions, Inc. via
email before mailing your return. You can expect a refund in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7
to 14 business days of our receiving your shipment. If your
return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping
costs from your refund and a restocking fee may apply.
All other opened
hardware may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of product
shipping date if returned in original condition, with all
original contents and packaging material. All opened hardware
will be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee at Optic
Solutions, Inc.'s discretion. Items that are returned more than
20 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are
missing parts or original packing materials will be reviewed on
a case by case basis.
All returns must
accompany original packaging including UPC barcode symbols. If
for any reason the packaging is missing the refund may be
rejected at Optic Solutions, Inc.'s discretion.

Shipping Policy:
We continually look to lower these
costs and pass the savings on to the customer.
Each order is processed, inspected and packaged with the
utmost care.
Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS with
tracking and a delivery confirmation. Our online order form
calculates the shipping charges based on the dollar value of
the order.

For products displayed online you may order any products from
our online store by adding them to your shopping basket and
following the instructions to submit the order. We accept PayPal
payments only. The order information you provide will be sent
electronically and processed the following business day. You
will receive an e-mail within 15 minutes confirming your order.
